THE VENUE
Our barn is a 50 x 60 wooden structure that is heated and cooled.
We allow full access to a kitchen, bar serving area, 2 separate dressing rooms, clean bathrooms, 12 foot porches on each side and a great room.
Any style of music is allowed. Edited version only.
CATERING, ALCOHOL, SMOKING
The client may select any caterer they wish or provide their own food. Clients/Caterers are responsible for set-up, break-down and clean-up of the site.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed at the venue. We will not take liability for the actions of guest of Alcohol related events.
No smoking is allowed inside the Barn.
CONTRACT & PAYMENT
10% (nonrefundable) of the contracted event plus a $ 250.00 deposit is due upon booking.
Remainder of the cost is due 1 week prior to the booked event. The $250.00 deposit is returned after the event if no clean-up or damage has occurred.
If clean-up is required, the cost of hiring this service will be taken from the deposit. When using a credit card, an additional 2.75% is charged.

We are easily located on Hwy. 32 West in Ashdown. Just 10 miles West of Hwy. 71 in Ashdown, Ar. and 6 miles East of Hwy. 41 in Foreman Ar.
